Quilly Three Word Challenge

Quilly

Quilly's words:antediluvian-years between creation and the flood
prolix-wordy
ineluctable-could not avoid

Sandy Shore wondered how old was her penguin that others could not see. Was it there in the antediluvian? The young men were not prolix, but they seemed to believe it was ineluctable that she become a companion to the penguin.
The tryouts for parts in upcoming movies would be an adventure for she would have that penguin with her, but if it was for her good the parts she did not get would be ones she would be better off without. That feeling would make for peace of mind.
Disrupting her peace of mind was the explosion at the Poets Corner.

Is it Thursday? You are seriously messing with my mind; D

The penguin will bring Sandy good luck for the movies but not for explosions.

My first thought was the same as Nessa's - -is it Thursday already?! I almost panicked. I haven't written my story yet!

But it is fine that you share early -- with so many people playing, it is easier to read. Just don't forget to come on Thursday and sign Mr. Linksy!

What if the penguin gets the parts, and Sandy doesn't?

I am sorry but set this to post on the wrong date. I was trying to make sure I had time to spend with Melli. I will sign tomorrow, Thursday on Linksy.

ROFL!!! Yep! It's all MY fault! It's a great little story though! I don't dare do one... not even with these relatively easy words ... I will NOT have time to visit all the others!

I am awake and working on the first cup of coffee... but Mom is still SNORING... at 10:15... Oy! My DAY is slipping away...

Well, I hope the penguin brings Sandy good luck... and no more explosions.

By the way, regarding your comment on my torture post, I have made a small modification to the post and left a response to you and Dr. John as well.

I believe that invisible penguins live forever, and never get any older than our imagination can make them. They are such wonderful animals.

Have a wonderful day, Betty!!
